Gary Dourdan ATTACKS!

CSI actor Gary Dourdan violently attacked a TMZ camera man on Tuesday night for no apparent reason.

Oprah dog dies?

Oprah Winfrey, whose 2-year-old Golden Retriever Gracie died in May by choking on a plastic ball, learned a lesson from the tragedy, the TV mogul says in her magazine. Writing in the August issue of O, The Oprah Magazine, which hit newsstands Tuesday, Winfrey wonders "through my tears and stabbing pain and disbelief" how such a thing could have happened and what can be learned from the sad event. "I don't believe in accidents," writes Winfrey. "I know for sure that everything in life happens to help us live."

Dave breakdown?

TMZ has confirmed Dave Chappelle went to the hospital this past weekend because he was wacked out. But Chappelle's rep told TMZ any wackiness was due to exhaustion -- not drugs.The rep says Dave went to the emergency room for "physical exhaustion." She says he was treated with "food, water and sleep" for about 12 hours and then went home.Callers to a DC radio station this morning reported that Chappelle entered rehab over the weekend. Not so, his rep tells TMZ.

Eve

Eve, who was not present, plead no contest to DUI through her high-powered lawyer, Blair Berk, in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Eve was popped with a .08 blood alcohol level after her Maserati crashed on Hollywood Blvd. in April.Under terms of the plea, Eve must spend 45 days with a SCRAM alcohol monitoring device attached to her ankle. She also got 36 months of "informal" probation. Eve must also pay $1400 in fines and penalties. She must also enroll in the first offender alcohol education program.On July 20, Eve's lawyer must prove that she's hooked up to the SCRAM device and that she's enrolled in the alcohol education program.

BUSTED!!!!!

According to multiple law enforcement sources, toxicology reports conclude that Lohan, 20, had "nearly twice the legal limit" of alcohol and traces of blow in her bloodstream when she crashed her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible into a curb on Sunset Blvd. around 5:30 AM on May 26. In California, drivers with a .08 or higher are legally drunk. We're told that the Beverly Hills Police Dept. could present the case to the Los Angeles D.A. in the next few days.

Usher confirms pregnancy

According to the Associated Press, the Atlanta-based crooner announced yesterday (June 27) that he and Tameka Foster are now expecting their first child as a couple. The baby will be the first child for the singer/actor, and the fourth for the recently divorced Foster.
According to a representative for the singer, the baby is due this coming fall.

Then Larry King ask her what's her fav. bible scripture and she sat there and think and smile all nervous and said "I don't have one." SMH He also ask her has she EVER took drugs before and she said "No". Whatever we all saw the pictures Paris!!

Tonight they are taping the reunion show for Charm School. Larissa is still mad at Shay for "snitching" on her. On a radio show Larissa had some bad things to say about Shay and said she will "check her" at the show. Then she got on a radio saying Larissa acting like a lil girl (how true) and needs to grow up.
